Integrity

Greetings Readers,

This is Marc Turner and I wanted to talk about the Word Integrity.

Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcomes. In western ethics, integrity is regarded as the quality of having an intuitive sense of honesty and truthfulness in regard to the motivations for one’s actions.^{[citation needed]} Integrity can be regarded as the opposite of hypocrisy,^[1] in that it regards internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.

The word “integrity” stems from the Latin adjective integer (whole, complete).^[2] In this context, integrity is the inner sense of “wholeness” deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. As such, one may judge that others “have integrity” to the extent that one judges whether they behave according to the values, beliefs and principles they claim to hold.

The Reason Behind this is Because Most people in today’s’ world lack this simple principle. When dealing with things in life, we must all keep to the truth of ourselves and we must also understand that without Integrity we have nothing. Honor is another topic all together.

So, what is it that causes so many to lose integrity in the things that they do. Well that is a question that has been so puzzling to me that I will ask you all this. Take the Time to leave your comments and allow me to understand what your opinion is when it comes to Integrity in your Life and your Business.

The Biggest issue that we will deal with today is the lack of Discipline and Truth. Honor in all things that we do is a must. For those that have no Honor, the ones that are only out to see what they can take from others without truth, will have a long hard struggle to achieve true growth in their lives.
