Combined companies will offer broader product and service portfolio
Rochester, NY and Santa Barbara, CA (July 6, 2010) – GLOBALINX® Enterprises, LLC, and TMC Communications,
two of the nation’s leading telecommunications providers, today announced they signed a definitive agreement
for GLOBALINX® to acquire TMC.
GLOBALINX®, a premier provider of VoIP services for residential, small business clients, agents and resellers,
plans to expand its commercial footprint through the acquisition of TMC. Established in 1997, TMC is a national
telecommunications company providing a full range of voice, data and next generation telecom services to small,
medium and large sized businesses across the country. The acquisition is expected to complete in 90 days.
“This joining of forces means great things for customers, agents, resellers and employees of both organizations,”
GLOBALINX® CEO Craig Jerabeck said. “TMC agents will have a more robust portfolio of product offerings to
bring to the market with a complete IP network, technical support and Network Operations Center (NOC) of the
well‐established GLOBALINX® organization. The combined company will have significant synergies that will
enable us to bring innovative telecom products to market faster.”
Jerabeck will oversee the integration process as will Ron Ireland, TMC’s President, and Sarah Linares, TMC’s
Vice President in charge of product development and revenue assurance. TMC agents will sign amendments to
contracts between now and the close of the transaction. The terms of agent and customer contracts will not

Upon close, the organization will operate under the GLOBALINX® name and maintain an office in Santa Barbara,
CA. TMC employees will continue to service existing customers, agents and resellers. No other organizational
changes are anticipated at this time.

    I agree 100%. Getting in position can determine whether you make hundreds or millions. If you are not in position, you will be trying to play catch-up when profits start rolling in. Get yourself in position to do something once and get paid over and over again. Residual Income is the best way to get paid.
